Display Only Form Component UI Builder

Hello,

 

I am working with the Display Only Form component within my workspace and was curious if anyone had an exampled of using the "Encoded query" property:

I am trying to see if I can maybe select exactly which variables I want to show within this component with that property. Like for instance if I wanted to show only one variable from the Variables section.
