Drilldown not working when I add a PA widget using UI builder even though enable drilldown option

Drilldown not working when I add a PA widget using UI builder even though enable drilldown option is enabled. How do I handle it ?  For same indicators, drill down option is working on a normal dashboard.

To troubleshoot this issue, I suggest checking the following:

  1. Confirm Indicator Configuration: Ensure that the indicator you're using in the PA widget has the drilldown option enabled within its configuration. You can verify this by going to Performance Analytics > Indicators and checking the drilldown setting for the specific indicator.

  2. UI Builder Widget Configuration: Double-check the widget configuration in the UI Builder. Make sure that the drilldown option is enabled for the specific PA widget you're working with. You can edit the widget and navigate to the "Behavior" section to enable drilldown.

  3. Data Source Configuration: Verify that the data source associated with the PA widget has the necessary drilldown configuration set up correctly. Review the data source script and ensure that it includes the appropriate drilldown functionality. If needed, you may need to add or modify the script to handle the drilldown behavior.

Thanks for the quick reply. 

Performance Analytics > Indicators - I dont see option for checking drill down. For the same indicator, if I add a PA widget to a normal dashboard drill down option is working

UI Builder Widget Configuration: Double-check the widget configuration in the UI Builder.  - This is done, and I can confirm under Data Update - Drill down option enabled

Data Source Configuration: I am not configured any data source manually, I have added data visualisation widget in a container and configured indicators by selecting from the list and also configured a metric to show the value. Do I need to configure drill down manually or should this be taken care automatically ?
