Enable toggle next experience per user

Hi,

I saw that next experience could be managed with two methods.

Use a system propertie (glide.ui.polaris.experience) and user preference (glide.ui.polaris.use) to launch it per user (/groupe/...).

Use another system propertie (glide.ui.polaris.on_off_user_pref_enabled) to enable the toggle for every user.

Is it possible to enable the toggle but only for specific users ?
