Field watcher in Next Experience

Is there a secret way of making the Field Eatcher work in Next Experience?

My client is on SD Patch 3 but the watcher doesn't pop up like it used to.

Even clicking the bug-icon as stated here doesn't work: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-application-development/page/script/debugging/concept/c_FieldWatcher.html

Is this a known error?

Hi,

No, it won't for me as well. but for workaround we nee to switch the UI.

We can expect there will be some updates from ServiceNow side for this in the form of Supportive KB/ Known issues. Hope it will be soon.

I found your post when looking for the same thing. Really strange that something like this is missing.

Upvoted - Sadly at least in my instance on Washington DC, after going through the steps to switch back to UI16 , the option to 'watch' the variable after right clicking on the label is not available.  Watch does not show up as a choice.  so frustrating SN

It seems that this is still not fixed in Washington or even Xanadu.
