Global option unavailable in Polaris UI search

We used to have "Global" as an option in the Polaris UI search before which displayed the results in native UI. However, after logging in today we noticed that the only option available is "Customer Service Management Workspace" and it opens the record in CSM workspace.

 

Does anyone know how to enable the "Global" option?
