Hi. I'm trying to drop an icon next to the caller field in the incident agent workspace and have that icon open a reference list for Computer config items which are assigned to that user (which it will populate into the the cmdb_ci field when one is selected).
I've done this in the native view by using a UI Macro (see screenshots)...
That all works fine.
But that approach doesn't work with the workspaces of course. I've created a declarative action that creates the icon next to the caller (see screenshot) But I can't figure out how to open the reference pick list, give it a filter and use it's output.
My attempt (#546 lol), that didn't work....
Any suggestions?
