Navigate to sys_ux_page_property.LIST
Create a new property "inlineTabExclusion" . Update the value to exclude the tables

Do you mean in the sidebar? If yes, then I believe it can either be hidden for all users or visible to everyone—there’s no option to hide it for specific users only.
