Navigate to sys_ux_page_property.LIST
Create a new property "inlineTabExclusion" . Update the value to exclude the tables

Thank you for coming back to me @Shruti . I have created a new property to exclude attachments and templates under the incident table, but as you can see, they are still available.
UPDATE: there was a missing "[" in my code. It's working now, thank you!
