Hi Team,
How to add edit button on interaction related list in case form.
I have tried below
Configure -> List control on interaction in case form. unchecked omit edit button
For above ACL, checked admin override as well.
However still edit button is not showing
any help, how to add edit button?

You would need to create a custom UI action for this as the interaction isn't directly related to a case record, but via
interaction_related_record.
Is it common to relate an interaction from the case? An interaction is generally the entry point and would , from it's record, be related to something. This reverse on the focus of the starting point changes user behaviour. Additionally ServiceNow have accommodated for this in workspace.
