How to add user details in the SOW

Hi Team,

 

I want to edit Caller section in Service Operations WorkSpace for Incident

In the caller section, after Name rightnow it is displaying timezone.

Now I want to show first name, then manager name, then timezone.

Hi @Gopal14 

It's not that straightforward. In the UI Builder, you can see the card, but to add a file, you need to make logic changes, which may impact upcoming upgrades as well.

If you duplicate an OOB variant/page then it should not impact in future upgrade I believe as it's a custom component.
