How to add watchlist users also in My Lists in CSM portal

Hi Team,

How to add watchlist users also in My Lists in CSM portal.

Rightnow when I click on My Lists header menu, In All Cases right now it is displaying all the cases which you are the contact person.

Now if I am adding any person in watchlist of the cases, he is not in contact, Now I want watchlist user also able to view case in CSM portal under All Cases.

The lists come from the script include CSMServiceManagementUtil within the getMyListsMenu function. Do you want the cases to show under 'All Cases' or have a separate menu for "My Watched Cases" ?

As the 'All Cases' menu item doesn't have a filter, it relies on CSM query rules. You can create a new query rule to grant watch list users access to these case records. This will then naturally show in the CSM portal without modifying the script include
