Hi Everyone,

For Capturing the Update Sets of Service Operations Workspace.
what are the things should Capture it?

and How to capture it?

1)First you need to select application from application picker as Service Operations Workspace core.

2)Then create update set in Service Operations Workspace core application.

3)Now click on Submit and make it current button.

4)Then go to configuration or form that you need to change.

5)check whether changes been captured in created update set or not.

Hello @Premnath M , In service operation workspace update sets work differently, To capture the configurations done in the SOW you will have to change the application scope to the relative SOW e.g. if you are doing configuration in incident form of SOW then "Incident Management SOW" should be the scope. once you are in that scope make an update set and then do configurations and then your configuration will be captured in the update set.

i.e.

1. Change your application scope to the relative SOW e.g. if you are doing configuration in incident form of SOW then "Incident Management SOW" should be the scope.

2. Create a new update set in new application scope.

3. This is how you will be able to capture configurations and changes in the update set.
