How to configure the Phone setup in UI builder Agent Workspace for case management

Hello All,

I am looking for the new customization or configuration of the Phone setup in UI builder.

I assume that the default setup is already available in the HR Agent workspace and the same way I am trying to bring it in the Agent Workspace for Case Management based on UI Builder but it is not working.

I am trying on my personal instance to bring this setup and please find the below screen shot for your reference.
