Yes, it is possible to customize the edit options available on the list template in ServiceNow. You can modify the options that are available when a user selects one or more records by modifying the context menu.
To modify the context menu:
- Navigate to the list view where you want to modify the context menu.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the list view and select "Configure".
- In the "List Layout" tab, scroll down to the "Context Menu" section.
- Click on "Edit Menu".
- Add, remove or modify the options in the context menu to your liking.
- Click "Save" to save your changes.
To enlarge the edit window:
- Navigate to the list view where you want to enlarge the edit window.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the list view and select "Configure".
- In the "List Layout" tab, scroll down to the "Form Layout" section.
- Expand the "Form" section by clicking on the arrow to the left of the section title.
- Select the form you want to edit.
- In the "Form Properties" section, increase the value in the "Width" field to enlarge the edit window.
- Click "Save" to save your changes.
Note that these changes will only apply to the specific list view where you made the modifications. If you want to apply these changes to all list views that use the same list template, you will need to modify the list template itself.
