Hi @Gopal14,
This is very easily achieved with simple configuration.
To disable the 'chat', type 'Agent Chat' into the navigation menu and click on the link under 'Service Portal'.
From here, select the record called 'ESC Chat' and simply uncheck the 'Active' checkbox
(Note, you will need to change the scope to do this which is easily clickable onscreen when you open the record or if you want to capture within an update set) - see below screen shot.
To remove the footer, simply type 'Footer' into the Navigation menu.
Select 'Themes' under 'Service Portal'. Select 'EC Theme' and remove the value in the 'Footer' field as shown in the second screen shot below.
To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.
Thanks, Robbie

@Gopal14 Please use the following steps to hide the footer from the ESC portal.
1. Hide Footer:
Navigate to Employee Center Footer >> Set the Active to false on existing Employee center footer record
2. Hide Virtual Agent
Navigate to Service Portal >> Agent Chat >> Filter with Portal is Employee Center >> Set Active field to false.
This is how the end result look.
Please mark the response helpful and accepted solution if it manages to address your requirement.
