How to hide playbook tab if no playbook is active?

I have added a tab called playbook to my form and I would like it hidden when there is no playbook running for that record. Is there a way to do this within ui builder using a data resource or will it require a script include?

The page I am using is a custom page but uses the standard record page template so I am able to write a script for the tab. It uses the form controller data resource.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance
