How to move related items in different order in Legacy Agent Workspace

Hi team,

Is there any documentation or related thread that teaches how to move added related items in List in different order in Legacy Agent Workspace? I was able to do it in Configurable Workspace by just changing the order in Related List, but here in Legacy Agent Workspace seems not working by doing that.

As you can see in this screenshot Document Task is beside HR task:

But when i check in Agent workspace, as you can see the document task is in the last. 

Any solution here?

Why not move away from the agent workspace all together. It's (going to be) deprecated and the configurable workspace makes it all better... configurable 🙂

Yea, but that is the requirement I needed to work on. 🙂

You are the guide for your client. If they want something you should guide them to the best possible solution, which in this case is the configurable workspace. Your reasons for that are valid, because any changes you make, can break in the future and ServiceNow is no longer supporting the Agent Workspace. Just because a client says so, doesn't mean you should do it.

I get your point and yes, we are also using configurable workspace and legacy workspace. I just want to know how to fix this. Thanks anyways!
