How to show a tool tip when hover over date in case cards in HR Agent Workspace

I have to show a tooltip "Notify Date" when hover over date in red color beside SLA breached,how can we achieve this in HR Agent workspace

Hi @Tanushree Maiti thanks for the reply, my context here is different I want to show the tooltip on the value which is defined as a tag on hr case cards in Agent workspace.For more info please have a look on the screenshot attached.
