How to view existing dashboards in configurable workspace - SOW?

I have a requirement to show existing workspaces available in the instance to be displayed under SOW workspace somehow. I am following this doc which tells me to take this approach - to Add an Analytics Center to a configurable workspace . Although I get the option to create new dashboards here but this doesn't help me to see the existing ones present in the environment. 

Can someone point me to the right direction which document to follow to make this requirement possible? Or, is that something not supported yet?

Try this way

1. Add new page, example: Central Dashboard
   
2. Add to left bar (Side nav)
   
3. Edit new page, add iframe then config iframe to your dashboard
   
   

   Make sure user can see your dashboard and already shared

This way just use as workaround for display and not sure work for all dashboard (limit by iframe technical) such as: interact on dashboard....
