HR Case Form Record Presence not working correctly

Hi, we have added the form record presence component to our record page in the configurable HR Agent Workspace. However, it doesn't seem to work correctly? If a user has a case open in workspace, and another user opened it, the first user would see the bubble for the second user but not the other way around. Has anybody experienced this as well?

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi, 

its being reported as known error see KB1539842.

"This problem has no workaround, is under review and targeted to be fixed in a future release. "

 

 I have similar issue in Service Operation Workspace,

where 2nd viewer cannot see if there is a 1st user viewing same record. But the 3rd user can see 1st user (and 2nd user can see 3rd user, not 1st user). So always the 2nd or 4th user cannot see the 1st or 3rd.
