Issue with UI layout and Column header in SOW

Hi All,

I have an issue with SOW. Whenever I paste a link on the browser and load it, the UI is bit messy and column headers are missing.

But when I click the refresh button, column headers will be visible and layout will be ok.

Does anyone have similar issue? What did you do to fix this? Thank you very much.
