License for Roadmap UI Builder component is required

Hi all,

I noticed that the Roadmap UIBuilder component has a separate installation.
What is the license/subscription required to use it in customer production environment?

I can install the componente from the store. Using  System application -->All available Application-->All and search "Roadmap" . The link is https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/37f4148ff482db88e05053e0f92f05...

From my previous experience, it is part of the Alignment Planner Workspace, which required Strategic Portfolio Management licensing.

Altrough my customer have the SPM standard license, with which Alignment Planner Workspace is included,  this component is not present in the list of plugins for production environment.
I wondering if this component can be installed and used in a production site with a standard SPM license.
