Lookup Select Field showing SysID in Next Experience UI

Hello,

I have a Catalog Item configured with a Lookup Select Box. In the Classic UI, on RITMs, this Variable shows the name of the selected items, but when I promote the Catalog Item to another environment where Next Experience is enabled, I see the sys_id, instead.

Does anybody know the cause for the disparity?

Greg can you attach the image again please its broken. 
and I am not sure about this specific thing but yes you can be right. it could be one of those things. 

Just like the access before most of the configurations were available we had to restrict now most of the configurations are restricted we have to give access.

Btw you got me confused so I checked label field is the one will will be shown in look up box field it can take comma seperated list.

And yes, I agree about the label field, but without the Next Experience, it also controls what is showing in the Variable Field on the RITM. With the Next Experience, the Variable on the RITM is showing what is in the Value Field.

Yea the last one I thought you wanted to show something. yes that could be next experience thing I will try to find out actually.
