lost my developer instance all of a sudden

Hi , 

 

all of a sudden I lost my instance this morning even though I am working non stop . 

How do I get it back , I had lot of POC work done in it .

Hi @sandipgorai 

 

There is no support available for PDI means from community no one cannhelp and get it back.

 

If it showing offline, wait for few hrs and possibly it will be back.

 

Else no way, please get new PDI and make sure you take regular backup of your work.

@sandipgorai @Dr Atul G- LNG is correct. When working in a PDI, if you are developing work you need to keep be sure to export Update Sets every time you make changes to your project.

@sandipgorai Sorry to hear about your data loss, PDI instances are unreliable when it comes to their availability and continuity. Sole purpose of these instances are training purposes. Always take backup of your data on PDIs as their service availability has always been patchy. I recommend you to request for a new instance as their is no official support available for PDIs from ServiceNow.
