Hi,

   I landed on this page: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0538590 while trying to learn about workflows.

I see many labs in this section referring to workflows and catalog items, but I am unable to find these in my PDI.

My question is where can I find these ? Are these in a different lab instance? If yes, how can I access these?

Agree, the screenshot in this support article is very old and doesn't exist in PDI. It may be created by referring to knowledge of 14 events but the fundamental is the same. You can take an item which uses the workflow and try these steps.
