lost my developer instance all of a sudden

Hi , 

all of a sudden I lost my instance this morning even though I am working non stop . 

How do I get it back , I had lot of POC work done in it .

Probably a good time to remind everyone. 
PDIs are impermanent.  I lost one with about 10 years of experimentation.
