Make visible UI Action ''New'' for creating new Sub Project in New Project Workspace.

Hello, I have an requirement where in New Workspace under Sub Project Tab, it should be possible to create a new Sub Project. In Classic Workspace it is possible but not in New Project Workspace.

'New' UI Action is present in classic view

I also want UI Action here in New Workspace. 

How to make it visible here also. Thanks.

I have gone through this case. If I install the Project Workspace in my own instance, it seems that this is configerd OOTB. Nevertheless, I tried checking the UI action record that is configured. I ran into the UI Action.
Name: New
Table: pm_project

Comment:  

Normal List.

'New' action on Project List, controls which stripped table create form to be opend from reference popup dialog. It shouldn't affect New action on normarl list.

If you'd with to go into more UI related stuff, check out the "Now Experience Framework > UI Builder" . However, this does not seem very UI friendly.
