Hi ,
we have OOB related list on the incident form which shows related problems.
In native UI we have a new button which when clicked opens new problem form with Originated from field mapped to Parent Incidet record.
In service operations workspace it does not populate the originated from field. How can we achieve that in workspace.
I have already tried to pass the parameter in the payload as shown below but it does not work. I have given static value for short description which gets mapped but Originated from remains empty. I tried giving static value too bu t still it did not work. How can this be achieved?
