I've set up an announcement in the console but have a question about the colour choices ('Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX Banner Announcements').
I'm not satisfied with the washed-out colours given to use and wish to create my own. Unlike the portal announcements, which use a reference field and are easy to create, the colours for the UX Banner Announcements are simply choices found on the sys_choice table: Info, Critical, High, etc.
I can't find where or what is using these choices and defining the RGB or HEX value.
Has anybody created their own yet, or has any idea how? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @Community Alums
NO, there is no way to change colour. You can use this field only

Hi Atul, thanks for the response.
I'm aware that field is how you select the colour, as mentioned, that field contains values on the sys_choice table which are evidently used somewhere. You can indeed create another choice within the 'color' field, but it will always return the banner as white; which is a new color introduced to what you can select OOTB. I wanted to get confirmation that whatever is using those choices is indeed behind the veil of what normal admins can see. Is this something you are familiar with, or, like me, you cannot see where those choices are being assigned their RGB value?

Hi @Community Alums
Sorry mate, no idea. As per my knowledge it is some thing in core code which we as admin cant make changes. Try log a Now Support case for this.
