Next Experience theming variables

Hello,

I'm currently working on making new theme for Next Experience UI and I was looking for list of all variables(like: "--now-unified-nav_menu-filter--background-color--hover" etc.).

This would be really helpful with names of variables and what they change. I tried looking for something like this but i've only found basic variables(like:"--now-color--neutral-0").

Any tips on changing the favicon for just one UI Builder theme (that is for one separate Next Experience Portal)? Not trying to change it for all of the instances/portals/experiences.
