Hello everyone,
I'm trying to modify the list of secondary fields in a form header. As you can see, currently I have 7 secondary values: Priority, State, Opened, VIP, Child Incidents, Reopen count, and Reassignment count.
I would like to add more columns there but the newly added columns are not displayed. Seems we have a limitation on the maximum number of secondary values to be added.
Does anyone get the same issue? And do we have a workaround way?
Thank you so much in advance,

Hi @Community Alums,
Following your steps, I can navigate to the headerConfigId property of Service Operations Workspace. Its value stores the sys_id of the associated UX Header Configuration, and I can see the list of fields as I mentioned in the second picture.
But that doesn't help me to fix the issue. As you can see in the second screenshot, I have 13 secondary values for the incident table form, but the form header only displays 7 columns (please see the first screenshot). If I deactivate some of the current displaying secondary values, their slots will be replaced by the disappeared secondary values. It seems we only be able to display 7 secondary fields in a form.
