Number of secondary values can be added in form header for Service Operations Workspace

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to modify the list of secondary fields in a form header. As you can see, currently I have 7 secondary values: Priority, State, Opened, VIP, Child Incidents, Reopen count, and Reassignment count.

I would like to add more columns there but the newly added columns are not displayed. Seems we have a limitation on the maximum number of secondary values to be added.

Does anyone get the same issue? And do we have a workaround way?

Thank you so much in advance,

Hello,

Yep, I followed the below article:

Please note that the property must be created in "Global" application.

Hi @Hnyunh Uhn ,

I don't think there is a limitation!!

have you followed the below steps:

  1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > Experiences > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
  2. In the UX Page Properties list, click the desired property.
  3. In the Value field for the selected property, enter one of the following values.
    Value Description
    header
Displays the selected component in the following location:
    • Ribbon: at the top of the record.
    • Secondary values: at the top of the record, in the form header below the primary value.
sidebar Displays the selected component in the Contextual side panel.
  4. Click Update.

Hi @Community Alums,

Following your steps, I can navigate to the headerConfigId property of Service Operations Workspace. Its value stores the sys_id of the associated UX Header Configuration, and I can see the list of fields as I mentioned in the second picture.

But that doesn't help me to fix the issue. As you can see in the second screenshot, I have 13 secondary values for the incident table form, but the form header only displays 7 columns (please see the first screenshot). If I deactivate some of the current displaying secondary values, their slots will be replaced by the disappeared secondary values. It seems we only be able to display 7 secondary fields in a form.

Hi @Hnyunh Uhn did you find out the way how to show more fields than 7?
