OOTB interactive filter for dashboards question

I have a question regarding an interactive filter for date ranges that we can apply to all charts on a dashboard.
The Date Ranges available to pick are several, including
Last Week
Last Month
Last 12 months
..etc..
How do I customize this to have "Last 12 months upto the end of last month" so exclude the current month?

Hello -
We have a similar, slightly different need:
We would like to use the Filter based on 'Date', and then have an available 'Date Filter' for an ending Sprint date like mm/dd/yyyy. However, that is not an option to select in the 'Available' data filter column, and we're not sure how to create it?

Custom Date ranges, as of one date or a from - to range would be perfect for our need too.

We achieved what we needed by using a filter like "Created not on this month" on the individual report, and a overall interactive date filter on the dashboard.
