Overview section missing for few records on Workspace

Hi All,

In the Operational Resilience workspace, when Clicked on the List and open Business Services under Services Category, Records which are on cmdb_ci_service table have Overview section, but records which are on cmdb_ci_service_business does not have overview section. Both are opened from the Business Service list. Does anyone has idea on this?

Yes this can be configured in ui builder page. so you need to check the page tabs configuration.

The BS Overview Default page is responsible for showing the Overview tab and the UX screen condition it contains, I have posted the screenshot of the same. please check.

Hi @Dibyaratnam,

Thanks so much for the response. It is partially working after doing the change.

After this change, when clicked on the record from the list, it is opening in the table cmdb_ci_service_business and sys_id and overview is missing.

At the same time, for the same record if I change the table ot cmdb_ci_service_business to cmdb_ci_service then overview section is showing 

But, not sure how to let the overview section show for the cmdb_ci_service_business as well.

You need to change the condition here to show overview for the other tables.
