Hi All,
has anyone figured it out how to hide buttons on playbook activity cards? I even created custom Activity Definition, picked Record as UI Layout and I have these buttons there even with my Playbook action related list empty (place where buttons are mapped).
I cannot even exclude this button since it's in Global scope and read only.
Thank You.

Steps once you are in your scoped app
1) Open the OOTB activity definition
2) Do insert and stay
3) then in related list of newly created activity definition you can exclude the buttons like Skip, etc

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
thanks, that helped.
If you have experience working with playbooks, do you happen to know how I can process each step where all the fields that user need to fill in in next steps are mandatory? Problem is that "Mark as Complete" or "Update" buttons will look at UI policies and will not allow update because fields that are mandatory are not yet filled in (they are on next steps). Do you have any good workaround with good UX?
Thank you.

which activity definition are you using to render form?
You must be using User Form where onLoad you can make fields mandatory.
Unless all fields are filled Mark Complete won't allow you to proceed.

Yes, I'm using User Form. But if I do onLoad it will still complain that the other fields are not yet filled in, since they are on the next steps. It's still the same record but the fields are updated by each step on the same form.
Problem is that I need user to fill out these fields but not all of them at the same time 😄
