Possibility to halt playbook triggers during mass update

Hi everyone,

I'm facing a challenge where we need to prevent playbooks from being triggered during bulk ticket updates. Our client frequently performs mass updates on tickets, and this action initiates several playbook processes that subsequently need to be manually canceled through the playbook's cancel feature.

 

Does anyone know of an existing script or system property that can temporarily disable playbook triggers? I was considering the possibility of using a custom field that can be quickly set from the list view as a workaround. However, I'm open to any suggestions or better approaches you might have. Thank you!
