clicking on Preboarding portal in Home page redirecting to logout page

Clicking on Preboarding Portal (ServiceNow) in  home pages (having buttons to open all links including servicenow links), is redirecting to logout page of ServiceNow .

 

However on removing external_logout_complete.do from logout page URL , ServiceNow home page  is opening fine and once logged in to ServiceNow homepage this way , clicking on Preboarding Portal link is redirecting to ServiceNow homepage properly.
