Remove Discuss from UI Header

Hi,

I have to removes discuss from servicenow UI Next Experience Header. Is there any way to do it?

Hi @Sneha Anil2 ,

 

please follow below points and refer some images also....

 

Firstly , Select Application Scope : Omni-Experience Standard Feature set, then

 

  1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings.
  2. Select Sidebar
  3. Activate Sidebar by Disabling the Activate option.
  4.  'Save'

Go to the settings under 'Conversational Interfaces' and deactivate the 'sidebar' option. That should deactivate it.

I tried doing it in this way but discussion button icon is still there it's not getting removed.
