Remove 'Email templates' option from HR Agent Workspace

Hi everyone,

It might seem simple, but I can't remove the 'Email templates' option from HR Agent Workspace. When I click the 'Compose email' button, it always appears even if I remove it from the contextual side bar.

Any ideia on how to remove this?

To remove it from your table, update email_client=false in Collection type dictionary entry for your table

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

That will remove the entire 'Email' component. I just want to remove that 'Email templates' tab not the email sending configuration.

this is in which workspace?

If you want to show/hide email client templates then the dictionary entry is the only thing and remember it will be disabling that in native as well.

If you disable it at dictionary level then only it will remove that Email Templates tab in workspace.

@Ankur Bawiskar This is HR Agent Woorkspace. Trying to remove that tab only and ServiceNow isn't very clear on how to do so.
