Risk Workspace List View Access (GRC Business Lite)

Could someone explain why, as a GRC business lite user, I can't view the content of the risk workspace list view page, although I can see it on the UI 16 view?

I was able to access it now. The issue was related to an ACL restriction. After adding the appropriate role to the ACL, I can access it successfully.

It can be cache issue? Or compare this user with other user and see is any other role is required.
