Row Insert in Configurable Workspace

I'm looking to implement in a Configurable Workspace the same kind of embedded list or related list functionality that is available in the Classic UI.

I should be able to insert rows from the list and ideally have the list embedded into a form.

However, I saw a message in Form Builder that embedded lists aren't supported in Workspaces.  And I haven't been able to find an existing component that allows for this. 

Does anyone know if there's ootb way to configure this or an existing component (maybe I just didn't read the API for an existing list component carefully enough)? 

OR

Does this require a custom component or workaround?

The screenshot you attached referring to to tables and If I am not wrong, we cant open tables in WS. so technically it is not possible case , or might be you can provide more info to understand better.

Thanks for update @Cam14  OOTB no way, and you need to do customization for the same only.
