Service Operation Workspace is not showing Record SNC in PDI

Hi Everyone,

I need to modify the record page in Service Operation Workspace but Record SNC is not showing in UI Builder under my PDI. Has anyone experienced this in Yokohama, I am on Patch 6 & all versions of workspace are up to date.

 

Can anyone help me on how to display Record SNC. Please refer the screenshot.

Try to repair the Plugin for SOW.

PDIs are not stable.

I have repaired the Service Operations Workspace ITSM Application (App id: sn_sow_itsm_cont) but still there is no luck, hope this is the correct plugin.

the plugin is "Service Operations Workspace Core"

If repairing doesn't work then get a fresh PDI.
