Service Operation Workspace is not showing Record SNC in PDI

Hi Everyone,

I need to modify the record page in Service Operation Workspace but Record SNC is not showing in UI Builder under my PDI. Has anyone experienced this in Yokohama, I am on Patch 6 & all versions of workspace are up to date.

 

Can anyone help me on how to display Record SNC. Please refer the screenshot.

Could you please update the SOW plugins once installed for repair — maybe you are on a lower version

Hi Atul,

Looks like it's missing in your PDI as well. This Record section also show the Record SNC, please refer the screenshot I just attached.

1. I am on yokohama patch 6 and can see Record SNC.

2. What version of SOW you are on? and what is your UI builder version?

 

Repair or upgrade the plugins in PDI and clear your cache, it should work.

HI @Manish Singh2 I’m currently on the Zurich initial patch and believe it’s the latest one.
Please try updating your UI Builder plugin as well — and if this is a client instance, it would be better to log a new support case.
