I am new to UI Builder, I am trying to create a dashboard to drill down to show the list view of the records.
When I am trying to configure the data visualization- Event - Link to Destination-App route. 'Simple List' option to select is not showing up.
Could anyone help me to resolve this issue?
You may be in an experience that is not based on a workspace and does not have the Simple List page?
I would try adding your page to the workspace you try to link to, then you should have Simple List available.

You'll need to create a list page in your workspace. You can use the simple list page template.
Once you create the page you'll be able to route to it. Also be aware that if you want to pass parameters into the page so the list is prefiltered once you navigate to it you'll need to create some required or optional parameters and then bind those to the list component.
