Some sys_ux_list and sys_ux_list_category configuration is not visible for some users

I actually made change on sys_ux_list and sys_ux_list_category level in HR agent workspace level but seems like those changes are not visible for all users i impersonate some users and they re not visible

i chechked i found out there an audience for Agent Workspace for HR Case Management where there so many roles in roles names, but the user matchs one of the roles mentionned, why he still cannot see

so to your new UX list you added that audience and user has 1 of that role

when they login what do they see? do they see the List Category but not the list?

Do they have read access to the table being shown using UX List?

i made some config on the us list but they re not able to see those changes , i dectivated ones and add new on and they re not able to see the ones i add , i have the admin role  btw

there is definitely some access issue.
