Hi

In sow there's attachment if we open attachment there's summarise button. where it's configured can we know

it is a Now Assist capability, related to plugins - depending whether it is INC (ITSM) or Case (CSM, HRSD)..

Hi @Vedavalli 

 

As you can see, the star icon in front of the Summary button in Incident is not a normal UI Action — it’s part of Now Assist. To have this in your instance, you need to activate the Now Assist plugin and the relevant skills so that you can use this feature.
