Hi All,
We have created Custom landing page in Next experience UI Builder and We have set the glide.next_experience.user_selected_landing_page_enabled system property to TRUE to allow users to change their landing page via their preferences. In Display we can able to see the user preference "Current Start Page" as blank as shown below:
User has to set the current start page to “Use the default” (In the user preference) then only the Custom Landing page would be visible to users. As per Client requirement we need to set the Current start page to “Use the Default” for all the users so that the custom landing page would be visible by default.
Please refer the screenshot attached below to differentiate Empty/Blank choice and Use the default choice.
If you have implemented the above scenario, Kindly please let us know. We have already tried my_home_navigation_page user preference on setting for entire system by filling it's value, But not worked properly. So we are trying to push "Current Start Page" preference to Use the default for all users.

can have a look into this system properties "glide.next_experience.user_selected_landing_page_enabled" system property to TRUE, if you don't have one create as per the image shared,
this should enable you the preferences in the Next Experience menu
