I have a workspace UI builder portal and we are using catalog component to showing the submit form of catalog item in UI Builder page. Normal user trying to submit record and he want to upload file in catalog item by using OOB attachment option in bottom of page. but he is not able see any add attachment button. Please refer screenshot.
