UI Builder Editor does not stop loading, page not found

Hello everyone,

i recently got a problem on one of our instances with the UI Builder:

I wanted to create an experience and a page, everything went just as normal but when i open the page to get to editor mode, the editor itself (the middle) just keeps on loading forever. On top of that, when i preview or open the page, i am getting the "Page not found" error message.

I found a Knowledge Artikel (https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1588230) but there are no 403 logs for me and the steps for Resolution didnt help either. It is on our Dev-Instance so it is quite problematic as i cant continue without this feature.
I also tried importing a new experience from another instance where everything works just as normal but this does not help either.

Yes i did, does not appear and the loading does not stop either.

I would start with clearing cache in 3 places:

  1. Your browser cache
  2. Instance cache (cache.do can cause the instance to slow down as it rebuild the cache)
  3. UI Builder cache

Once you've done all of those things, restarted your browser, and logged out and back in and it's still not working, you might need to open a support ticket.

Also, does it do this on all pages or just one page?

Did all of these but sadly no change.

I cant create a single page that works (so it is like this on every page). There are Experiences with pages from other applications that work completely fine. But as soon as i create a page in any experience, it wont stop loading, for me and for the other developers in my team.
