UI Builder Editor does not stop loading, page not found

Hello everyone,

i recently got a problem on one of our instances with the UI Builder:

I wanted to create an experience and a page, everything went just as normal but when i open the page to get to editor mode, the editor itself (the middle) just keeps on loading forever. On top of that, when i preview or open the page, i am getting the "Page not found" error message.

I found a Knowledge Artikel (https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1588230) but there are no 403 logs for me and the steps for Resolution didnt help either. It is on our Dev-Instance so it is quite problematic as i cant continue without this feature.
I also tried importing a new experience from another instance where everything works just as normal but this does not help either.

@ngrm Did you end up getting a solution to this issue?

You might try clearing the instance cache. You can do this by typing cache.do in the application navigator search bar. Im assuming this is on your Dev instance, but if it is on a production instance you may wait till after hours, since clearing the cache can effect the users. 

 

I was having a similar issue of the content not displaying in the UI Builder workspace even though the Content tree showed that it was all there. I tried clearing the UI Builder cache and that did not work, but clearing the instance cache did.
